Substitution Tables for A/B/C Divisions

Each player must play one quarter per half. Substitute such that you do not have any players sitting 2 consecutive full quarters.

If a team has 8 or 9 eligible players, EVERYONE must sit one full quarter and EVERYONE must play at least one full quarter in each half. In the case of 9 eligible players, 2 will play 3 quarters and 7 will play 2 quarters. With 8 eligible players, 4 players can play 3 FULL quarters and 4 can play 2 FULL quarters.

If a team has only 7 eligible players, EVERYONE must sit at least one full quarter. In this case 6 of your players will play 3 FULL quarters, 1 player will play 2 FULL quarters, one in each half. You may NOT have any players play more than 3 quarters in this case.

If a team has only 6 players, the #1 draft pick must sit out at least one full quarter.  ONLY 2 players (other than the #1 draft pick) may play the whole game. EVERYONE else can ONLY play 3 quarters and must sit out for one full quarter.

If a team has 5 or fewer players, all eligible players may play the full game.
